Delivery

Products are delivered as Zip files to the email address you provide to us.

Please note that if you do not add us to your contact list, your files may be delivered to your Spam/Junk folders, so it is always a good idea to add us to your contact list.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. 

By completing your purchase through the HojaDesigns.com shopping cart system, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to receive a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why.

We will repair or replace any defective item purchased from us, within a period of 7 days from the date of sale.

If you have any difficulties with downloading the products or with unzipping/unpacking them, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and services, so if you have any issues please feel free to contact us through our contact form and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

While we try to preserve copies of all of our completed products, we make no guarantee that a product once purchased and downloaded, will be available again  at any future time after it has been downloaded and / or delated from the store.

You are therefore encouraged to make archival copies of your downloaded products in order to make certain that purchased items will be available to you in perpetuity.
