Once you have selected and purchased your Custom Cover Package, you will be asked to fill out our Custom Cover Design Questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed to let us know about your book, design preferences and publishing intentions. These are necessary to begin the design process and the sooner we receive them the sooner we can begin. 

The Questionnaire also asks for technical details such as book size, page count, paper quality, who are the publishing partners you will be using  (KDP, IngramSpark, Audible or other). However, although these details are required for formatting, they are not immediately required to start the design process and can be adjusted for later in the design finalization process.
